We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Dispatch of orders of stock items may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during weekdays. Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Autre Riche cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Autre Riche offers free shipping within Canada on all orders above 250$ CAD, before tax. You must use code : FREESHIPPING250 to be eligible to this offer. Unfortunately, if you forget to use the code at checkout, we are unable to refund shipping costs related to your order once the order has been placed.

If your pre-order is composed of items with different estimated delivery dates (written in each item description), we will wait for all your items to be ready before shipment.

Autre Riche accepts returns of full-priced items in their original condition postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and all packaging materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed or is returned after the 14 days, the package will be sent back to you without refund. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To initiate a return (within 14 days upon delivery date), please fill in the form below with your full name, e-mail address, order number and the item(s) you wish to return (SKUs). A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Make sure that your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels on it. You must use the pre-paid shipping label provided by Autre Riche for your return and cover the original shipping label. Once you have received the return label, you have 3 days to ship your return.

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. A flat rate of 20$ CAD (pre-paid shipping label) is charged for each return shipment and will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an integrated tool that allows you to make an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you desire is to return the items that don't fit your needs, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
